Pursuing Israel's Accountability for Violation of International Humanitarian Law Beyond Diplomatic Statements

60 Mr Dennis Tan Lip Fong asked the Minister for Foreign Affairs in view of Singapore's public statements that Israel's denial of humanitarian aid to Gaza constitutes a violation of international humanitarian law, what specific international mechanisms, including sanctions, judicial referrals or coordinated actions within the United Nations, ASEAN or the Commonwealth, are available to Singapore to pursue accountability beyond diplomatic statements.
