11 Ms Mariam Jaafar asked the Minister for National Development what proportion of resale HDB flat buyers are (i) upgraders and (ii) downgraders from larger HDB flats respectively.

Mr Desmond Lee: From 2020 to 2022, about 19% of resale flat buyers bought a larger flat, and about 15% of resale flat buyers bought a smaller flat, within three years of disposing of their previous flat.
