Progress of Efforts to Encourage Eligible Singaporeans to Take Up CareShield Life

25 Mr Murali Pillai asked the Minister for Health (a) what is the progress of efforts to encourage eligible Singaporeans born in 1979 or earlier to take up CareShield Life since the start of the enrolment on 6 November 2021; (b) what steps have and will be taken to encourage eligible Singaporeans to apply for CareShield Life; and (c) what is the average processing time for ElderShield 400 policyholders born between 1970 and 1979 who have been auto-enrolled for CareShield Life as at 1 December 2021 and who are still awaiting formal induction into CareShield Life.
