103 Mr Lee Hong Chuang asked the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Trade and Industry (a) whether there is any policy safeguard to ensure that planned interventions to cushion ongoing energy price shocks that would limit the likelihood of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) from becoming dependent; and (b) whether the Government has further plans to help SMEs build true energy resilience, risk management, diversification or efficiency improvements, which would reduce their reliance on Government support.
