Plans for Land Clearing Beyond Slated 10.4ha from 2026 and Ensuring Retention of Biodiversity at Northern Areas

96 Ms Poh Li San asked the Minister for National Development (a) whether the Ministry has plans to clear more land beyond the 10.4ha slated to be cleared from 2026; and (b) how will the Ministry ensure that the site developer will retain as much biodiversity at the northern area during developments.
