31 Mr Jackson Lam asked the Minister for National Development (a) how many complaints about pickleball-related noise in residential estates has the Government received in 2024 to 2025; (b) what measures are Town Councils and agencies taking to balance recreation with residents’ rest; and (c) whether the Government will be introducing nationwide guidelines or infrastructure adjustments, such as quieter equipment or designated indoor courts.
