59 Mr Ng Shi Xuan asked the Minister for National Development whether the Ministry will consider (i) allowing personal mobility devices (PMD) and personal mobility aids (PMA) to be parked at HDB multi-storey carparks (MSCP) as a safer option, in light of multiple fires that have occurred in residential dwellings where they are parked or (ii) building fire-resistant charging infrastructure in MSCPs for users to charge their PMD and PMA batteries.
