12 Mr David Hoe asked the Coordinating Minister for Social Policies and Minister for Health for each of the past five years, what are the median out-of-pocket payments per visit to (i) polyclinics and (ii) CHAS GP clinics for the top 10 chronic conditions listed under the Chronic Disease Management Programme, disaggregated by (i) CHAS tier (ii) housing type and (ii) income quintiles, respectively.
