Number of Trade Associations and Chambers that Received Funding from Local Enterprise and Association Development programme and Amount Disbursed Since Its 2018 Enhancement

16 Mr Raj Joshua Thomas asked the Minister for Trade and Industry (a) how many trade associations and chambers have received funding from the Local Enterprise and Association Development (LEAD) programme since its enhancement in 2018; and (b) how much has been disbursed under the LEAD programme since then.

Mr Gan Kim Yong: From 1 April 2018 to 31 March 2021, 52 trade associations and chambers have received LEAD funding for a total of 112 projects. A total of $55,301,993.28 was disbursed under the LEAD programme over the same period.
