Measures to Support Students' Voluntary Give Up of Vaping and Accessing Rehabilitation

87 Ms Lee Hui Ying asked the Minister for Education (a) beyond disciplinary action, what strategies does the Ministry implement to support (i) students who wish to voluntarily give up vaping and encourage them to access rehabilitation programmes or (ii) students who have been arrested for vape offences; and (b) what training is given to teachers to equip them to work effectively with such students.
