55 Ms Elysa Chen asked the Acting Minister for Culture, Community and Youth what are the steps that the Ministry is taking to preserve alternative cultural spaces beyond mainstream venues, such as independent cinemas or venue-based cultural hubs, that facilitate creative expression, community bonding and inclusivity.
