Measures to Moderate Rental Volatility for Privately-held HDB Shops

77 Mr Yip Hon Weng asked the Minister for National Development whether the Ministry will consider having measures to moderate rental volatility for privately-held HDB shops to improve pricing transparency, and support independent proprietors and small operators, ensuring retail diversity is preserved without introducing rent control measures.
