Mandating Benchmarks for Restructured Temasek Entities and Regular Disclosure of Investment Returns and Costs

3 Mr Shawn Loh asked the Prime Minister and Minister for Finance with the recent restructuring of Temasek Holdings (a) what are the specific mandates and returns targets or benchmarks for the new entities; and (b) whether the Ministry will consider publishing data on relative investment returns and investment costs regularly.
