Lightning-induced Train Disruptions and Rail System Redundancies to Mitigate Impact

70 Mr Melvin Yong Yik Chye asked the Minister for Transport (a) in the past five years, how many lightning strikes have resulted in train disruptions; and (b) given that Singapore has one of the highest lightning strike rates, what are the redundancies in the rail systems to help mitigate the impact of lightning strikes.
