34 Mr Dennis Tan Lip Fong asked the Minister for Transport in light of the various oil pollution incidents which happened within our Singapore port waters this year (a) what are the further lessons learnt on the (i) prevention of oil pollution, (ii) early detection of oil pollution and (iii) mitigation measures to prevent or minimise the spread; and (b) what are the effects of oil pollution to our waters and coastal areas.
