Integrating Public Health Apps into One "Front Door" with Common Design and Interoperability

112 Mr David Hoe asked the Coordinating Minister for Social Policies and Minister for Health given the multiple public health apps (a) whether the Ministry plans to (i) integrate or rationalise them into one "front door" (ii) compel a common design system with interoperability, for example, Singpass SSO, shared APIs, unified inbox, for them and (iii) mandate inclusive functionalities, for example, multilingual helplines; and (b) if so, what are the target timelines and proposed key performance indicators.

Mr Ong Ye Kung: On 7 March 2025, the Ministry of Health announced plans to consolidate HealthHub and the three Cluster apps – Health Buddy, NHG Health and OneNUHS – into a single app by 2027.

We want our digital health services to be inclusive and easy to navigate for all users. Current inclusive features include support for Singapore's four official languages and compatibility with assistive technologies, such as VoiceOver and text-to-speech tools, to support users with visual impairments. We will continue to review the functionalities and user interface as part of ongoing improvements.
