Increase of Appeals on 15-month HDB Purchase Wait-out Period by Private Property Downgraders from 2022 to 2025

53 Mr Alex Yeo asked the Minister for National Development (a) whether the number of appeals for waiver of the 15-month wait-out period for private property downgraders to purchase HDB apartments has increased year-on-year since 2022; and (b) whether the outcome of the review of the wait-out period will be released soon.
