16 Mr Dennis Tan Lip Fong asked the Coordinating Minister for Social Policies and Minister for Health (a) whether the inclusion of underpads in the Seniors' Mobility and Enabling Fund (SMF) consumables subsidy from April 2026 covers full-sized disposable incontinence sheets for bed-bound patients; and (b) if not, whether the Ministry will expand the subsidy to ensure comprehensive protection against hygiene issues and pressure sores.
