24 Ms Gho Sze Kee asked the Coordinating Minister for Social Policies and Minister for Health whether the Ministry will consider subsidies for pre-IVF fertility tests as part of the ongoing review for fertility health policies.
Mr Ong Ye Kung: Today, patients who are medically indicated to undergo fertility tests receive subsidies of up to 70% at public specialist outpatient clinics.
The Ministry of Health is working with the Prime Minister's Office on an ongoing review of fertility health policies, including financing support for fertility tests.
