Impact of Indonesia's Proposed Overflight Access for US Military Aircraft on Singapore-Jakarta FIR Agreement and Civilian Air Traffic Management

74 Mr Gerald Giam Yean Song asked the Acting Minister for Transport (a) whether the Ministry has assessed the potential impact of Indonesia's proposed overflight access for US military aircraft on the 2022 Agreement on the Realignment of the Boundary between the Jakarta and Singapore Flight Information Regions (FIR); and (b) how the Ministry will ensure that such military transit arrangements do not disrupt civilian air traffic management within the Singapore FIR.
