Guidelines on Noise Allowance Standards and Installing Safety Enhancements and Sound Dampeners at Communal Sports Facilities

59 Ms Yeo Wan Ling asked the Minister for National Development with regard to the rise of pickleball playing in HDB estates (a) whether guidelines will be developed on community noise allowance standards on such high impact ball sports; and (b) whether a study can be convened to convert HDB communal sports facilities such as badminton courts to more multi-purpose facilities with safety enhancements and sound dampeners.
