Transcript
9 Mr Edward Chia Bing Hui asked the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Trade and Industry (a) whether available grid connection capacity is still the primary basis for allocating access to electricity import landing sites; and (b) whether there is room for other strategic considerations such as emissions intensity, system resilience and long-term sustainability to be incorporated into the decision-making process.
