Further Measures in Managing Rising Crow Populations in Housing Estates

32 Dr Charlene Chen asked the Minister for National Development with regard to managing rising crow populations (a) what further measures is NParks considering in housing estates where residents are facing daily disturbances and trapping is not feasible; and (b) whether trials such as the use of effigies have proven effective enough to be scaled up.
