Family Unit Formation for Single Parents with Children Who Wish to Apply for HDB Flats

63 Assoc Prof Jamus Jerome Lim asked the Minister for National Development how is a single parent of children, who has never been married and hence is neither divorced nor widowed, able to form a family unit with them for the purpose of applying for an HDB flat.
