110 Mr Sharael Taha asked the Acting Minister for Transport (a) what systemic issues have been identified in the reduction of MRT reliability between June 2024 and June 2025; (b) how will LTA and rail operators collaborate to improve reliability and share best practices; and (c) how reliability upgrades will be funded to ensure that costs are not directly passed on to commuters.
