112 Mr Ang Wei Neng asked the Minister for Digital Development and Information (a) when and how did the Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA) discover that Simba could have been using certain radio frequency bands to provide mobile services without authorisation; (b) how many telcos in the past 20 years have used radio frequency bands that were not authorised; and (c) what lessons can be learnt from the recent discovery of possible unauthorised usage.
