74 Mr Fadli Fawzi asked the Acting Minister for Transport (a) whether the Ministry can work with its Malaysian counterpart to consider extending the operating hours of the Johor-Singapore Rapid Transit System (RTS) beyond 6.00 am to 12.00 am for the convenience of cross-border commuters; and (b) if not, why not.
Mr Jeffrey Siow: The operating hours of the Rapid Transit System (RTS) Link will be mutually agreed among both countries and the operator, RTS Operations Pte Ltd, based on ridership demand and operational constraints.
