16 Mr Chua Kheng Wee Louis asked the Minister for Sustainability and the Environment whether the Ministry will disclose the full criteria along with their respective weightages used by the National Environment Agency to evaluate the tender bids submitted by prospective Socially-conscious Enterprise Hawker Centre (SEHC) operators.
