68 Mr Sharael Taha asked the Minister for National Development what is the development plan for the open land between Tampines Expressway, Loyang Avenue and Blocks 143 and 149 of Pasir Ris Street 11.

Mr Desmond Lee: The site bounded by Tampines Expressway, Loyang Avenue and Blocks 143 and 149 of Pasir Ris Street 11 is zoned Residential in the Master Plan 2019 and safeguarded for future residential developments. Government agencies are currently working on future plans for the site and will share more information with the public when ready.
