Data on Secondhand Smoke Dispute Cases between Neighbours in Public and Private Estates

21 Ms Valerie Lee asked the Minister for Sustainability and the Environment (a) whether the Ministry tracks the number of cases involving disputes between neighbours over secondhand smoke both in public and private residential properties; (b) if so, whether such data can be made available; and (c) how are such disputes usually resolved.
