Data on AI Singapore's AI Apprenticeship Programme's Graduate Placement in Last Three Years and Transparency on Hiring Practices

15 Mr Kenneth Tiong Boon Kiat asked the Minister for Digital Development and Information regarding AI Singapore's AI Apprenticeship Programme's (AIAP) asserting a graduate placement rate of over 90% (a) for each cohort in the last three years, what percentage of graduates were hired by AI Singapore or its affiliated entities; (b) what percentage of permanent staff are themselves AIAP alumni; and (c) what measures ensure these statistics reflect genuine market absorption, not internal re-hiring.
