Complaints from Sentosa Residents on Poor Mobile Network Connectivity

75 Mr Melvin Yong Yik Chye asked the Minister for Digital Development and Information over the past five years (a) how many complaints have been made by residents of Sentosa regarding poor mobile network connectivity; and (b) whether the Ministry can provide an update on the actions taken to resolve such issues.

Mrs Josephine Teo: Over the past five years, the Infocomm Media Development Authority has received four complaints regarding poor mobile network connectivity at two condominiums in Sentosa. Mobile network operators have resolved the issue for one condominium and they are working to enhance coverage for the other condominium.
