71 Mr Victor Lye asked the Acting Minister for Transport (a) what proportion of bids in each COE exercise are revised upwards during the bidding window; and (b) whether such bid revisions are predominantly associated with dealer-linked bids or individual bidders.

Mr Jeffrey Siow: In 2025, 28% of all bids were revised during the bidding window, of which the vast majority were bids submitted by motor dealers.
