Changi Airport's Three-Runway System and Projected Increase in Passenger Handling Capacity

32 Mr Chua Kheng Wee Louis asked the Minister for Transport (a) when is the three-runway system at Changi Airport expected to be operational; and (b) what is the projected increase in the airport's passenger handling capacity thereafter.
