74 Ms Nadia Ahmad Samdin asked the Minister for National Development (a) what are the key reasons why some neighbour disputes do not get escalated to the Community Relations Unit (CRU); and (b) what measures are in place to ensure residents are aware of the appropriate dispute resolution pathways.
75 Ms Nadia Ahmad Samdin asked the Minister for National Development (a) whether the Government has plans to implement upstream engineering interventions in new Build-To-Order (BTO) housing design to mitigate inter-floor noise; and (b) how the current materials used compare against global standards for noise and insulation.
