Average Time Taken from HIP Announcement to Polling of Residents and Start of Construction Works

39 Ms Valerie Lee asked the Minister for National Development regarding Home Improvement Programme (HIP) projects over the past three years (a) what is the average time from the HIP batch announcement to polling and start of construction; (b) what are the major reasons for any variations in timeline; and (c) what are the measures taken to compress the timeline so that residents are better able to plan their own self-funded renovations.
