Average Number of Monthly Resignations of Foreign Medical Professionals in 2019, 2020 and 2021 and Impact on Medical System to Cope with Surge in COVID-19 Cases

15 Assoc Prof Jamus Jerome Lim asked the Minister for Health (a) what is the average number of monthly resignations of foreign medical professionals (nurses and doctors) in 2019, 2020 and 2021 (to date) respectively; and (b) whether this has affected the ability of the medical system to cope with the surge in COVID-19 cases.
