31 Assoc Prof Jamus Jerome Lim asked the Minister for Education what are the average and median tenure durations of teachers for the periods (i) 1995 to 2009 and (ii) 2010 to 2025.

Mr Desmond Lee: From 1995 to 2009, the median length of service was five to nine years. From 2010 to 2025, the median length of service was 10 to 14 years¹.
