Appeals for Waiver of 15-month Wait-out Period for Private Property Homeowners Over Past Three Years

41 Ms Yeo Wan Ling asked the Minister for National Development (a) for each year over the past three years, how many appeals are received by HDB to waive the 15-month wait-out period for former private homeowners before they can buy a non-subsidised HDB resale flat; and (b) how many appeals over the same periods are for the purchase of 5-room or larger HDB flats.
