52 Dr Wan Rizal asked the Minister for Education (a) whether the existing whistleblowing channels available to teachers cover concerns about harmful conduct by school leaders specifically; (b) how many such reports have been made to the Ministry over the past three years; and (c) whether the Ministry has assessed whether teachers feel safe using these channels without fear of impact on their appraisal or posting.
