Additional Assistance, Further Grace Period and Enforcement for Unlicensed Pet Cat Owners After Mandatory Licensing Transition Period

58 Ms Gho Sze Kee asked the Minister for National Development following the end of the two-year transition period for mandatory pet cat licensing (a) what assistance will be provided to owners of unlicensed cats; (b) whether any further grace period or transitional arrangements will be available for licensing and microchipping; and (c) what enforcement approach will be taken towards owners whose cats remain unlicensed thereafter.
