Rearrangement of Business

The Leader of the House (Ms Grace Fu Hai Yien): Mdm Speaker, I beg to move, "That under Standing Order 10(2), the Motion on Amendment of Standing Orders be taken before item No 1 of the Orders of the Day at this day's Sitting".

The Motion standing in my name concerns the rules and procedures of the House and I think it is appropriate that we should take it before the other items of business today.
