Ministers to Speak More Than Once

The Leader of the House (Ms Grace Fu Hai Yien): Mr Speaker, may I seek your consent and the general assent of Members present to move that the proceedings on the item under discussion be exempted from the provisions of Standing Order No 48(3) so far as it is necessary to enable Minister Gan Kim Yong, Minister Lawrence Wong and Senior Minister of State Edwin Tong to speak more than once?
