Minister to Speak More Than Once

The Leader of the House (Ms Indranee Rajah): Mdm Deputy Speaker, may I seek your consent and the general assent of Members present to move that the proceedings under discussion be exempted from the provisions of Standing Order No 48(3) so far as it is necessary to enable Minister Desmond Lee to speak more than once? This is because several queries have been directed to him in respect of his earlier speech and this is to enable the Minister to reply to the queries raised by Members.
