Committee of Selection

The Leader of the House (Ms Indranee Rajah): Mr Speaker, I move, "That this Parliament, in accordance with Standing Order 100(1), appoints the following Members of Parliament as members of the Committee of Selection:

Ms Gan Siow Huang

Ms Indranee Rajah

Mr Kwek Hian Chuan Henry

Mr Masagos Zulkifli

Mr Ng Chee Meng

Mr Ong Ye Kung

Mr Pritam Singh"

Sir, the appointment of the Committee of Selection will enable the Committee to begin its work of nominating Members to the six other Standing Select Committees of Parliament and the Special Select Committee on Nominations for Appointment as Nominated Members of Parliament.

Resolved,

That this Parliament, in accordance with Standing Order 100(1), appoints the following Members of Parliament as members of the Committee of Selection:

Ms Indranee Rajah
