The following reply was provided by the Senior Minister of State for National Development (Mr Tan Kiat How) during the Ministry of National Development’s Committee of Supply debate at the Sitting of 5 March 2025:

The Senior Minister of State for National Development (Mr Tan Kiat How): Most of the feedback is really around pigeons and crows. This is something that HDB has been working very closely with Town Councils on to manage some of these disamenities and to manage the population issues on the ground. Let me touch on two particular areas that HDB has been working closely with the Town Councils on. I wish to make the following factual correction to my reply given during the Sitting of 5 March 2025. My statement should read as follows:
