The following statement was made in the speech given by the Senior Minister of State for Communications and Information (Mr Tan Kiat How) during the Motion on “Building an Inclusive and Safe Digital Society” at the Sitting of 10 January 2024:
The Senior Minister of State for Communications and Information (Mr Tan Kiat How): In particular, together with preceding schemes like NEU PC Plus, we have supported a total of 26,000 households with school-going children with access to digital devices over the last three years. I wish to make the following factual correction to my speech given during the Sitting of 10 January 2024. My statement should read as follows:
