The Minister for Education (Mr Desmond Lee): Thank you, Speaker.

In my earlier answer to Ms Eileen Chong when she raised a supplementary question on AI in school, I mentioned in my response that AI tools on SLS are used only in the classroom and not at home. That is the case for the younger ones in primary school. But for secondary schools, some SLS assignments can involve the direct use of AI by students.
