The purpose of this Bill is to make additional provision in accordance with Articles 148(2) and 148C(2) of the Constitution for expenditure in excess of the sums authorised by the Supply Act 2020 and the Revised Supplementary Supply (FY 2020) Act 2020 The additional sums have been approved by the House in the Second Supplementary Estimates of Expenditure for the financial year 1 April 2020 to 31 March 2021, as contained in Paper Cmd 28 of 2020. Mr Speaker, I beg to move."
